We offer free shipping for US customer and to our North American neighbors, Canada and Mexico.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
By sacrificing shipping time. We get the items shipped directly from the manufacturers, which means it takes around 2-3 weeks, but it saves a TON of costs in logistics (bulk shipping costs to the US, customs fees, warehousing costs, product handling fees, USPS / UPS costs). No joke - all that stuff can turn a $40 product into $100 product pretty quickly. By giving up shipping time, we're saving you a butt-ton of money!Our fulfillment center is currently overseas.
Our average shipping time for US orders is between 7 to 20 days. In some cases shipping may take less than that and in some cases it may take a little longer if the package gets hung up in customs on its way into your home country. We ship worldwide so delivery times are averages.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
U.S, orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers.
Tracking numbers will not be available for GIVEAWAY products.
INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our oversea fulfillment centers. This format of shipping does not include tracking numbers that function outside the United States. They will track the progress of the package through the origin country, but once the package is in the air it will no longer work. Once the item has crossed our customs, you can track your item using your country mail service (use www.17track.net, usually does the trick).
I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. All orders are confirmed via email.
THERE ARE NO SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE FOR MY CART OR DESTINATION
Some of our FREE products are LIMITED to 1 order per customer, so if you receive this message, please kindly check your order cart. If you want to order more than 1 FREE products, you might be required to place another order.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?
Though we highly encourage you to double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your orders, please contact us at email@example.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.
